Firmware Upgrade

Based on the strong R&D background and development ability of products, Hanlong became the only third party of TI (Texas Instruments) in China in 2010, and then TI & Hanlong work together to push the most cost-effective products to a lot of partners.

Q1. Where could I see my phone's current FW?: 1. You can log on Webpage-Home-Version to see which FW(img) you phone is.
2. You can also check on Menu-Status-Information-Firmware(IMG).

Q2. Where could I get the latest phone FW for upgrade?: 1. Please downlaod the latest phone FW on Hanlong Website -> Support -> Firmware Download.
2. You can also contact Hanlong local distributor for latest phone FW.

Q3. What precautious should I take before making an upgrade?: 1. Before making an upgrade, please read our upgrade instruction file carefully.
2. During the upgarde, please do avoid to power off the phone or disconnect the phone, which may cause a damage to the phone.

Q4. How to upgrade my phone's FW?: 1. Our phone support TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS/FTP upgrade and Webpage upgrade. For upgrade by TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS/FTP, please download the upgrade instruction document here. For upgrade by Webpage. Please log on Webpage-Management-Upgrade-IMG Firmware Upgrade, choose the IMG file and upgrade.

Q5. Is there a simplest way to upgrade my phone?: 1. Yes, you can simply upgarde the FW on Webpage-Management-Upgrade-IMG Firmware Upgrade, choose the IMG file and upgrade.
